POEMS IN PLACE / Bean Days

'POEMS IN PLACE' is an ongoing series of poems being read aloud in the places that I write them. Many of these poems are kind of ekphrastic in nature and were prompted by things I see and photograph and think about and string together - you can see those images paired with the written poems on Instagram. In addition to the images informing the poems though, there is always always the place - setting the scene, pulling the strings, being the bedrock, and I thought that would be fun to share as well. In the spirit of a sharing (or barter) economy, if any of these offer you something, maybe you could offer in return your thoughts, or even a buck or three - both are very valuable to me.
