The Waterford Inne, its grounds, and surrounding lands and waters of western Maine are an absolute dreamscape. We’ll take a walk through the woods and fields of the Inne, talk about the wild foods the place has to offer, and we’ll eat together in the prettiest barn I’ve ever seen (I’ve seen a lot of barns). I’ve never been so excited to share a meal somewhere. I hope you can come.

There are two scholarship spots available for people to come for free that I hope someone will accept. Money is the least important and least interesting thing about us. If you’re low on cash and would like to come, please come, just email me so I can save you a seat.
